The “Satra” Institution of Guru Harideva-117 (হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাৰ সত্ৰানুষ্ঠান-১১৭)

 

In  our preceding posts we tried to have  some  preliminary ideas about our soul , the supersoul, relation between soul and supersoul ,relation between body and soul, nature of our love for the objects of the world , nature of our love for the soul and supersoul etc.From those descriptions we can have an idea about the complications  of the subject. From those descriptions we can also feel that it is not possible for common people like us to understand these things clearly and perform spiritual practice accordingly. Guru Harideva was a scholar of the Vedas and Vedic philosophy. Also, he  thoroughly studied the Bhagavata . So, he was well aware of   the fact that the knowledge of the complicated subjects stated above is the part of self realization. It is essential for the people to properly realize that the soul is one for all and due to contact with the soul only his body, senses , mind , intelligence , friends ,father ,mother ,wife , children , properties , fame etc are very near and dear to him . Once the contact with the soul is lost there is no value of those things. Then only one can realize that nothing is dearer than his true self or the soul in him.A competent spiritual teacher  like Guru Harideva knows what is to be taught to his students. At the same time he also assesses the  capacity of understanding , living conditions  and other facilities and adversities etc available with the students before teaching lessons to his students and instructs them accordingly. Majority of the common people  have to keep themselves engaged in earning their livelihood. They have to solve various  problems faced by their children, wife , other relatives and the society where they live and  there are so many other problems in their life. Also, the intelligence level of most of them is not sufficient for understanding even the basic spiritual knowledge. At the time when Guru Harideva established his Satra Institution the  condition of the common people was worse than that mentioned above and these things we already discussed in some of our earlier posts. The Bhagvata suggests the ways of spiritual advancement for those common downtrodden people also and Guru Harideva practically implemented those suggestions for their benefit  through his Satra Institution . ইয়াৰ আগৰ কেইটামান লিখনিত আত্মা ,পৰমাত্মা , আত্মাৰ সৈতে পৰমাত্মাৰ সম্পৰ্ক,শৰীৰৰ সৈতে আত্মাৰ সম্পৰ্ক ,জগতৰ বস্তুৰ প্ৰতি আমাৰ আকৰ্ষণ , আত্মা আৰু পৰমাত্মাৰ প্ৰতি আমাৰ প্ৰেম ইত্যাদি বিষয়ৰ সাধাৰণ আভাস লোৱাৰ চেষ্টা কৰা হৈছে । এই বৰ্ণনাবিলাকৰ পৰা  বিষয়টো কিমান জটিল তাক বুজিব পাৰি।এই বৰ্ণনাৰ পৰা ইয়াকো অনুভৱ কৰা যায় যে আমাৰ দৰে সাধাৰণ মানুহৰ বাবে কথাবিলাক স্পষ্টভাৱে বুজি পোৱা আৰু সেইমতে পাৰমাৰ্থিক সাধনা কৰা সহজ নহয়। হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনা বেদ আৰু বৈদিক দৰ্শন শাস্ত্ৰৰ বিদগ্ধ পণ্ডিত আছিল । ভাগৱত শাস্ত্ৰ্ৰ্ৰৰ ওপৰতো তেওঁৰ অগাধ জ্ঞান আছিল ।সেই কাৰণে তেওঁ নিশ্চিতভাৱে বুজি পাইছিল যে ওপৰোক্ত জটিল বিষয়ৰ জ্ঞান আত্মজ্ঞানৰ অন্তৰ্গত। মানুহে উপলব্ধি কৰা প্ৰয়োজন যে সকলোৰে আত্মা এক আৰু আত্মাৰ সৈতে সংযুক্ত হৈ থকাৰ বাবেহে শৰীৰ, মন , বুদ্ধি ,ইন্দ্ৰিয় , বন্ধু ,স্ত্ৰী,পুত্ৰ ,পৰিবাৰ ,ধন-সম্পত্তি ,নাম-যশ ইত্যাদি মানুহে ভাল পাব পাৰে । আত্মাৰ পৰা বিচ্ছিন্ন হোৱাৰ লগে লগে এইবিলাকৰ একো মূল্য নাথাকে । তেতিয়াহে মানুহে বুজিব পাৰে যে প্ৰকৃত “মই” বা আত্মাতকৈ অধিক প্ৰিয় আন একো নাই । হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাৰ দৰে আত্মজ্ঞানী শিক্ষকে ছাত্ৰক কি শিক্ষা দিয়াৰ প্ৰয়োজন তাক বুজি পায়। লগতে ছাত্ৰৰ বোধশক্তি কিমান , জীৱন ধাৰণৰ পৰিবেশ পৰিস্থিতি কেনেকুৱা ,ছাত্ৰৰ হাতত অন্যান্য সুবিধা বা অসুবিধা কি আছে ইত্যাদি সকলো  বিষয় চালিজাৰি চাব পাৰে আৰু সেই অনুসৰি ছাত্ৰক পাঠদান কৰে । সৰহ সংখ্যক সাধাৰণ মানুহে জীৱিকা অৰ্জনৰ কামত ব্যস্ত থাকিব লাগে। পৰিয়াল ,আত্মীয়-স্বজন , নিজে  বাস কৰি থকা সমাজখনৰ লোকে সন্মুখীণ হোৱা বিভিন্ন সমস্যাৰ সমাধান কৰা ইত্যাদি কামত ব্যস্ত হৈ থাকে। ইয়াৰোপৰি তেওঁলোকৰ অন্যান্য আৰু অনেক সমস্যা থাকে । বেছিভাগ মানুহৰ পাৰমাৰ্থিক বিষয়ৰ সাধাৰণ জ্ঞানো নাথাকে  । যি সময়ত হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই সত্ৰ স্থাপন কৰিছিল তেতিয়াৰ পৰিস্থিতি ওপৰত উল্লেখ কৰাতকৈও অধিক বেয়া আছিল। এই কথা আগতে বিশদভাৱে কৈ অহা হৈছে। ভাগৱতত এই সকল অজ্ঞানী আৰু নিপীড়িত জনসাধাৰণৰ বাবেও পাৰমাৰ্থিক উন্নতিৰ উপায় প্ৰদৰ্শন কৰা হৈছে আৰু হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই তেওঁলোকৰ উপকাৰৰ অৰ্থে সত্ৰানুষ্ঠানৰ মাধ্যমত তাৰ ব্যৱহাৰিক প্ৰয়োগ কৰাৰ ব্যৱস্থা কৰিছিল্।(আগলৈ)
