In the Vedic scriptures there is mention of Kavacha, that is, the divine armours charged with energies of Gods and Goddesses. Those armours provide protection from the evils in life. Kavachas are named as Lakshmi Kavacha, Narayana Kavacha, Siva Kavacha, Rudra Kavacha, Durga Kavacha etc etc. That is, if a particular Kvacha is charged with the powers of Lord Siva, then that Kavacha is called Siva Kavacha and like that. Kavacha may be in the form of a Kavacha Mantra. In that case, when the Kavacha Mantra is recited according to the rules and regulations described in the scriptures, the reciter gets protection of the God related to that Kavacha. Kavacha may also be in the form of some physical items like cloths, pendants, threads, ornaments etc charged with the power of a particular divinity as per scriptural guidance. In Mahabharata it is mentioned that Karna was provided with Surya Kavcha or aurmour of the Sun God. There are many other examples in the scriptures regarding use of both  types of divine armours by the people. Now, in the scriptures it is told that Krishna Kavacha, that is, the armour charged with the power of Lord Krishna is the most powerful of all Kavachas. It can protect the reciter of the Kavacha Mantra or the holder of the physical item charged with the power of Kavacha Mantra, from all evils at all times. This is because Lord Krishna is the source of all protective powers and his power cannot be compared with the power of any other God or Goddess. Other Gods and Goddesses can give limited protection in accordance with the limited power granted to them by Lord Krishna, the God Almighty. Since Lord Krishna is the most powerful Ultimate God, the Kavacha charged with his power is also the most powerful one and is called the Parama Kavacha or the most powerful protective armour. It is believed that, people who recites the hymns of Krishna Kavacha daily, becomes extra-ordinarily attractive and remains blissful throughout his life. As per scripture, this Parama Kavacha was revealed to Lord Brahma by God Almighty for providing him total protection. It is also told that this Kavacha ,if recited or worn with external and internal purity, bestows the virtues of performance of Ashwamedha and Vajapeya sacrifices  . During his four years of stay at Kashi Guru Harideva used to recite this Krishna Kavacha Mantra everyday at the late hours of night in the famous Bishwanatha temple of Kashi. (to be continued)

 বৈদিক শাস্ত্ৰসমুহত বিভিন্ন প্ৰকাৰৰ কৱচ বা দৈৱিক শক্তিৰ দ্বাৰা লাভ কৰা সুৰক্ষা ব্যৱস্থাৰ কথা কোৱা হৈছে। এনে কৱ্চ সমুহে বিভিন্ন প্ৰকাৰৰ বিপদ আপদৰ পৰা মানুহক ৰক্ষা কৰে। যি দেৱতাৰ শক্তিৰ দ্বাৰা কৱচত শক্তি সঞ্চাৰিত কৰা হয় সেই অনুসৰি দৈৱিক কৱচৰ নামকৰণ কৰা হয়। উদাহৰণ স্বৰূপে যি কৱচত ভগৱান শিৱৰ শক্তি সঞ্চাৰিত কৰা হয় তাক শিৱ কৱচ বুলি কোৱা হয় ইত্যাদি। এনেদৰে নাৰায়্ণ কৱচ, শিৱ কৱচ, দূৰ্গা কৱচ, সূৰ্য কৱচ আদি বিভিন্ন দেৱ-দেৱীৰ নামযুক্ত কৱচ আছে। কিছুমান কৱচ মন্ত্ৰৰ ৰূপত ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা হয়। এই ক্ষেত্ৰত শাস্ত্ৰীয় নীতি নিয়ম অনুসৰি কৱচ মন্ত্ৰৰ জপ, পাঠ ইত্যাদি কৰিব লাগে। তেনে কৰিলে কৱচ মন্ত্ৰৰ জপ বা আবৃত্তি কৰা বক্তিয়ে কৱচৰ সৈতে সম্পৰ্কিত দেৱতাৰ দৈৱিক শক্তিৰ সুৰক্ষা লাভ কৰে। কিছুমান কৱচত আকৌ কোনো দেৱতাৰ দৈৱিক শক্তি কৱচ মন্ত্ৰৰ দ্বাৰা শাস্ত্ৰীয় বিধি বিধানমতে বস্ত্ৰ, তাবিজ, সূতা, অলংকাৰ আদি কোনো স্থূল বস্তুত সঞ্চাৰ কৰা হয়। মহাভাৰতত মহাবীৰ কৰ্ণক সূৰ্য দেৱতাই নিজৰ শক্তি সঞ্চাৰিত সূৰ্য কৱচ প্ৰদান কৰিছিল বুলি কোৱা হৈছে । অন্যান্য শাস্ত্ৰতো উভয় প্ৰকাৰৰ দৈৱিক শক্তি সম্পন্ন কৱচ ব্যৱহাৰ কৰাৰ অনেক উদাহৰণ আছে।শাস্ত্ৰত উল্লেখ কৰা হৈছে যে কৃষ্ণ কৱচ, অৰ্থাৎ ভগৱান কৃষ্ণৰ শক্তিযুক্ত কৱচ মন্ত্ৰ অথবা এই কৱচ মন্ত্ৰৰ শক্তি সঞ্চাৰ কৰি তৈয়াৰ কৰা ওপৰোক্ত প্ৰকাৰৰ যন্ত্ৰ বা আহিলা হৈছে সবাতোকৈ উচ্চ শক্তি সম্পন্ন কৱচ। কৃষ্ণ কৱচে  মন্ত্ৰ জপ, পাঠ আদি কৰা ব্যক্তি বা কৱচ মন্ত্ৰৰ শক্তিযুক্ত স্থুল আকাৰৰ যন্ত্ৰ ধাৰণ কৰা ব্যক্তিক সকলো অশুভ শক্তিৰ প্ৰভাৱৰ পৰা সকলো সময়তে ৰক্ষা কৰিব পাৰে। ইয়াৰ কাৰণ হৈছে ভগৱান কৃষ্ণ সমস্ত শক্তিৰ মূল ভাণ্ডাৰ আৰু অন্য কোনো দেৱী-দেৱতাৰ শক্তিৰ সৈতে ভগৱান কৃষ্ণৰ শক্তিৰ তুলনা নহয়। অন্য দেৱতাই ভগৱান কৃষ্ণৰ পৰা লাভ কৰা সামান্য শক্তিৰ দ্বাৰাহে মানুহৰ সামান্য পৰিমাণৰ উপকাৰ সাধন কৰিব পাৰে। যিহেতু ভগৱান কৃষ্ণ স্বয়ং সৰ্বশক্তিমান পৰমেশ্বৰ গতিকে তেওঁৰ শক্তি সঞ্চাৰিত হোৱা কৱচো সৰ্বশক্তি যুক্ত। সেই কাৰণে কৃষ্ণ কৱচক পৰম কৱচ বা শ্ৰেষ্ঠতম কৱচ বুলি কোৱা হৈছে। শাস্ত্ৰীয় বিধি অনুসৰি নিতৌ কৃষ্ণ কৱচ মন্ত্ৰ জপ বা পাঠ কৰা ব্যক্তিৰ অসাধাৰণ আকৰ্ষণী শক্তি থাকে আৰু তেওঁ এক আনন্দময় জীৱন অতিবাহিত কৰিব পাৰে বুলি কোৱা হৈছে। এই পৰম বা সৰ্বোৎকৃষ্ট কৱচৰ জ্ঞান পৰমেশ্বৰে প্ৰথমে ব্ৰহ্মাৰ ওচৰত ব্যক্ত কৰিছিল। সৃষ্টিকাৰ্যত নিযুক্ত থকা ব্ৰহ্মাৰ সৰ্বতো প্ৰকাৰৰ সুৰক্ষাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে এই জ্ঞান দিয়াৰ লগতে পৰমেশ্বৰে ইয়াকো কৈছিল যে বাহ্যিক আৰু অভ্যন্তৰ অৰ্থাৎ শৰীৰ আৰু মন উভয়ৰে পবিত্ৰতা সাধন কৰি এই কৱচ মন্ত্ৰ জপ বা পাঠ কৰিলে বা এই মন্ত্ৰৰ শক্তিযুক্ত যন্ত্ৰ ধাৰণ কৰিলে অশ্বমেধ, বাজপেয় ইত্যাদি যজ্ঞৰ সমান পূণ্যফল পোৱা যায়। কাশীত থকা চাৰিবছৰ কাল হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই নিতৌ গভীৰ নিশা সুবিখ্যাত বিশ্বনাথ মন্দিৰলৈ গৈ এই কৃষ্ণ কৱচ মন্ত্ৰ জপ কৰিছিল। (আগলৈ)
