Understanding Guru Harideva’s Approach Towards Unity-143 (একতাৰ অনুসন্ধান সম্পৰ্কত হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাৰ দৃষ্টিভঙ্গী বুজাৰ প্ৰয়াস-১৪৩)

Next morning Guru Harideva started for Malipara, the village of Khagara Mali about whom we mentioned in the preceding post. After travelling a short distance on his raft towards the downstream of river Brahmaputra he arrived there. People of the village were already overwhelmed with joy after getting the prior information about his visit from Khagara Mali. They were waiting for him on the bank of the river Brahmaputra. On the arrival of Guru Harideva, they made elaborate arrangements for welcoming him to their village. With his natural politeness, Guru Harideva interacted with each and every person. We already told that Guru Harideva was born and brought up in the atmosphere of a hermitage. From his childhood days he was fully engaged in educational studies  and spiritual practices. There was no scope for him to come into contact with common people of the society in a closed manner. During his stay at Narayanpur, he had to come into contact of common people of all classes of the society only after the death of his father. But there, people used to come to his place for his advice. By that way, though he became aware of their happiness and sorrow, problems and requirements etc, he did not have direct experience of their ways of living and other related matters. Now for the first time he physically visited the residences of poor and downtrodden common people and got the scope to know their ways of living, their problems, their weaknesses and their requirements and so on by staying with them. This experience of him had influence on his later life which we will discuss at proper place. Due to his in-depth knowledge of Vedic scriptures, Guru Harideva was aware of the fact that common people mostly suffer due to their own weaknesses generated by their ignorance. Once their ignorance is removed, major part of the problems faced by those people vanishes automatically. So he talked to every person to assess their weaknesses and gave necessary guidance to overcome their own weaknesses. The people of the village happily enjoyed his company. Also, to keep the memory of his visit alive, the villagers decided to establish one temple there. Accordingly a suitable place for the proposed temple was selected. As a mark of beginning of this auspicious work Guru Harideva lighted an earthen lamp at the selected site of the proposed temple. In this way Guru Harideva spent one day and one night with those people of Malipara village and gathered practical information about the life style of the common people. (to be continued)

পিছদিনা পুৱা হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই খাগৰা মালীৰ বাসস্থান মালীপাৰা গাৱঁলৈ যাত্ৰা কৰিছিল। নিজৰ ভেলখনত উঠি অলপ দূৰ ভটীয়াই যোৱাৰ পিছতে তেওঁ সেই ঠাইত উপস্থিত হৈছিল। খাগৰা মালীৰ মুখত হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনা মালীপাৰালৈ আহিব বুলি আগতীয়া বাতৰি শুনাৰ পিছৰে পৰা গাওঁখনৰ সকলো লোক আনন্দত উদ্বাউল হৈ আছিল। তেওঁলোকে গুৰুজনাৰ বাবে ব্ৰহ্মপুত্ৰৰ পাৰত অপেক্ষা কৰি আছিল। গুৰুজনা আহি পোৱাৰ লগে লগে বিপুলভাৱে আয়োজন কৰা আদৰ অভ্যৰ্থনাৰ মাজেৰে তেওঁক গাৱঁৰ ভিতৰলৈ লৈ যোৱা হৈছিল। নিজৰ স্বভাৱগত নম্ৰতা সহকাৰে গুৰুজনাই প্ৰত্যেক ব্যক্তিৰ সৈতে চা-চিনাকি হৈ কথা বতৰা পাতিছিল। আগতে কৈ অহা হৈছে যে হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনা এক আশ্ৰম সদৃশ পৰিবেশৰ মাজত থাকি ডাঙৰ দীঘল হৈছিল। সৰু কালৰে পৰা তেওঁ শিক্ষা গ্ৰহণ আৰু আধ্যাত্মিক সাধনামূলক কাম-কাজৰ মাজতে ব্যস্ত হৈ আছিল। তাৰ মাজত সমাজৰ সৰ্বসাধাৰণ লোকৰ লগত ঘৰুৱাভাৱে মিলামিছা কৰাৰ সুবিধা নাছিল। নাৰয়ণপুৰত থকা কালত পিতৃৰ মৃত্যুৰ পিছতহে তেওঁ সকলো স্তৰৰ জনসাধাৰণৰ সংস্পৰ্শলৈ আহিব লগীয়া হৈছিল। কিন্তু সেইবিলাক মানুহে উপদেশ বিচাৰি তেওঁ ঘৰলৈহে আহিছিল। তেনে অৱস্থাত তেওঁ সাধাৰণ জনতাৰ সুখ-দুখ, অভাৱ-অভিযোগ ইত্যাদিৰ কথা কিছু পৰিমাণে জানিব পাৰিছিল যদিও তেওঁলোকৰ দৈনন্দিন জীৱন যাত্ৰা সম্পৰ্কে প্ৰত্যক্ষ অভিজ্ঞতা লাভ কৰা নাছিল। এইবাৰ প্ৰথম বাৰৰ বাবে হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনা সো-শৰীৰে  সহজ-সৰল, দুখীয়া-নিছলা জনসাধাৰণৰ লগত ঘৰুৱাভাৱে মিলা মিছা কৰাৰ বাবে তেওঁলোকৰ ঘৰলৈ আহিছিল। গুৰুজনাই এই সকল লোকৰ জীৱন যাত্ৰাৰ নিয়ম প্ৰণালীত কেনেকুৱা ভুল ভ্ৰান্তি আছে , তেওঁলোকৰ কেনে ধৰণৰ সমস্যা আছে, তেওঁলোকৰ কি কি দুৰ্বলতা আছে আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ বাবে কি কৰা প্ৰয়োজন ইত্যাদি কথা পুঙ্খানু পুঙ্খ ভাৱে লক্ষ কৰিছিল । নিজে প্ৰত্যক্ষ ৰূপত অনুভৱ কৰা এই অভিজ্ঞতাসমুহে গুৰুজনাৰ  জীৱনত গভীৰ প্ৰভাৱ পেলাইছিল আৰু এইবিলাক কথা যথাস্থানত আলোচনা কৰা হ’ব। বৈদিক শাস্ত্ৰৰ গভীৰ জ্ঞান থকা হেতুকে হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই বুজি পাইছিল যে অজ্ঞানতাৰ ফলত সৃষ্টি হোৱা দুৰ্বল অৱস্থা মানুহৰ অধিকাংশ সমস্যা আৰু দুখ দুৰ্দশাৰ কাৰণ। অজ্ঞান অৱস্থাৰ পৰা মুক্ত হোৱাৰ লগে লগে মানুহৰ বেছিভাগ সমস্যা আৰু দুখ-কষ্ট নিজে নিজে নোহোৱা হয়। সেই কাৰণে গুৰুজনাই প্ৰ্ত্যেকজন মানুহৰ সৈতে কথা বতৰা পাতি তেওঁলোকৰ নিজৰ ভিতৰত থকা দুৰ্বলতা সমুহৰ বুজ লৈছিল আৰু কিদৰে নিজৰ আভ্যন্তৰীণ দুৰ্বলতা সমুহৰ পৰা মুক্ত হ’ব পাৰি তাৰে দিহা পৰামৰ্শ দিছিল। গাৱঁৰ মানুহ বিলাকে আনন্দ মনেৰে গুৰুজনাৰ সঙ্গ উপভোগ কৰিছিল আৰু এই স্মৃতি ধৰি ৰখাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে তাত এটা মন্দিৰ সজাৰ সিদ্ধান্ত লৈছিল। লগে লগে মন্দিৰৰ স্থান নিৰ্বাচন কৰা হৈছিল আৰু ৰাইজৰ অনুৰোধ মৰ্মে সেই স্থানত এগছি বন্তি জলাই গুৰুজনাই মন্দিৰ নিৰ্মাণৰ শুভাৰম্ভ কৰিছিল। এনেদৰে এদিন এৰাতি হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই মালীপাৰা গাৱঁৰ জনসাধাৰণৰ সৈতে ঘৰুৱাভাৱে অতিবাহিত কৰি ভৱিষ্যত জীৱন কালৰ বাবে অভিজ্ঞতা সঞ্চয় কৰিছিল। (আগলৈ)
