Parijati, the mother of Guru Harideva, after attainment of self realization
became very cool and calm in her mind. She continued to perform her duties in
the same way as before. But after self realization or knowing her true identity
as soul, she felt herself completely detached from her body and all worldly
affairs related to her body. Though physically,
she was doing her duties as before, her mind was completely absorbed in the
thought of God. The God appeared to her mind in the form of her husband
Ajanabha. It came to her mind that she was not in service of any other God or
anybody else except her husband. It was Ajanabha who worshiped Lord Vishnu and
she was only a helping hand to him in his performance of worship. It was Ajanabha
who acquired higher Vedic knowledge and was associated with a mission for
spreading this knowledge in the society. She was only a helper to him in his mission
and so on. Except rendering of her dedicated services to these causes, she did
nothing. She did not study Vedas or other Scriptures by herself. She did not
worship any God or Goddess of her own choice. In this way she became sure that
due to the blessings of her husband only she became able to attain such higher
spiritual achievements and for her there can not be any difference between God
and her husband. Now we should notice here that before self realization her
relation with Ajanabha was full of attachment and bondage. She was suffering
from mental agony as because her mind was occupied with the thought of loosing
her husband like an ordinary woman. This thought of mundane nature generated
sorrow in her mind. After self realization her mundane thought of losing her
husband was transformed to the eternal thought of God. Now the death of
Ajanabha appeared to her mind as separation from God itself. In this state of
mind, she wanted to avoid separation not from her husband but from God only. She
came to know that scriptures have approval for some actions to be performed to avoid
separation from God. These actions are meant for people who attained higher achievements
in the spiritual path like her only. People not having qualifications as above are
strictly prohibited from performance of those actions. The mind of Parijati was highly influenced with the
spiritual thought of being in company of God through her husband. So, she
decided to discard her physical body in a scripturaly approved way in order to
keep her destiny accompanied with that of Ajanabha forever. (to be continued)

আগৰ দৰেই তেওঁ নিজৰ কৰ্ত্তব্য কৰ্মসমুহ পালন কৰি গৈছিল । কিন্তু
আত্মজ্ঞানৰ জৰিয়তে নিজৰ সত্য পৰিচয় অৱগত হোৱাৰ পিছত তেওঁ নিজকে শৰীৰ আৰু শৰীৰৰ সৈতে সম্পৰ্কিত সকলো বিষয়ৰ পৰা পৃথক বুলি অনুভৱ কৰিছিল।

অজনাভ তেওঁৰ মনত ঈশ্বৰৰ ৰূপত প্ৰতিভাত হৈছিল । পাৰিজাতিৰ
মনলৈ এই চিন্তা আহিছিল যে তেওঁ জীৱন কালত স্বামীৰ বাহিৰে আন কাৰো প্ৰতি একো সেৱা আগবঢ়োৱা নাই। অজনাভে
ভগৱান বিষ্ণুৰ আৰাধনা কৰিছিল। অজনাভৰ সেই উপাসনা প্ৰক্ৰিয়াত তেওঁ এজনী সাধাৰাণ সেৱিকা হিচাপে সহায় কৰিছিল।
অজনাভে গভীৰ অধ্যয়ন কৰি বেদ আৰু অন্যান্য শাস্ত্ৰজ্ঞান লাভ কৰিছিল আৰু সেই জ্ঞান জনসাধাৰণৰ মাজত বিলাই দিয়াৰ অৰ্থে কাম কৰিছিল । তেওঁ অজনাভৰ এই কাৰ্যত নিজৰ সামৰ্থ্য অনুসৰি সহায় সহযোগ কৰিছিল।
এনেদৰে স্বামীৰ সকলো কৰ্মতে সহায় কৰাত বাদে তেওঁ নিজাকৈ একো কৰা নাই।
নিজে কোনো শাস্ত্ৰ অধ্যয়ন কৰা নাই , নিজৰ পছন্দ মতে কোনো দেৱ দেৱীৰ আৰাধনাও তেওঁ কৰা নাই ।
সেয়েহে তেওঁ নিশ্চিতভাৱে বুজি পাইছিল যে স্বামী অজনাভৰ আশীৰ্বাদৰ ফলতে তেওঁ পাৰমাৰ্থিক ভাৱে উন্নত অৱস্থা লাভ কৰি প্ৰকৃত সত্য
