Understanding Guru Harideva’s Approach Towards Unity-163(একতাৰ অনুসন্ধান সম্পৰ্কত হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাৰ দৃষ্টিভঙ্গী বুজাৰ প্ৰয়াস-১৬৩)

 In many occasions earlier, we mentioned  that there is only one Ultimate Truth or unity  in the  background of innumerable diversities that are being displayed in this world. To discover this unity in diversity, one should understand the nature of the diversities first and these things we discussed in details in some of our earlier posts.In all  scriptures starting from the Vedas this unity in the diversities has been discussed. All spiritual seekers of all times starting from the sages of Vedic ages till today, are in search of the unity behind the diversities in various ways. Guru Harideva was also a serious seeker of the unity in diversity. Here, in  the preceding posts starting from our post of 3.11.19, we are trying to understand the the way of approach of Guru Harideva towards that direction. From his childhood days Guru Harideva was making approach towards that Goal. From the very young age he made regular spiritual and Yoga practice under the guidance of his father. At the age of seventeen years he mastered himself in six Vedangas, Bbhavadgita, some of the Puranas and other scriptures. Then he completed his pilgrimage, institutional study of the Vedas and Darshanas and yoga practice in five years starting from 1442 CE.With this he achieved his goal of finding out the unity in diversity or in other words he realized his self through the path of knowledge.But he was not satisfied with this highest achievement as the path through which he attained self realization is not suitable for common people. Then from 1447 CE on wards, he made devotional and research oriented study of the Bhagavata for five years at Jagannath temple of Puri. From Bhagavata he got the easiest way of attainment of self realization which is the most suitable path to be followed my common people. Here his approach towards unity in diversity ended to the full satisfaction of his mind. It is already mentioned that Guru Harideva undertook the task  of educating common people at his age of 16 years and for that reason he had to run away from Kampura to save himself from the wrath  of the ruling class of people. At that time Guru Harideva was not a self realized personality. He did not have the requisite knowledge and experience of educating common ignorant people.  This time, he made himself fully prepared to come back to his native state of Kamrupa in the capacity of a self realizied personality with tremendous courage and also with the knowledge and experience to face any problem  that may come to him in his mission of educating common ignorant people of Kamrupa.(to be continued)

জগতত প্ৰকাশ হোৱা অসংখ্য প্ৰকাৰৰ বিবিধতাৰ অন্তৰালত এক পৰম সত্য বা  একতা বিৰাজমান হৈ আছে বুলি আগৰ অনেক প্ৰসঙ্গত উল্লেখ কৰি অহা হৈছে ।বিবিধতাৰ মাজত থকা এই একতা বিচাৰি উলিওৱাৰ বাবে বিবিধতাসমুহৰ প্ৰকাৰ্-প্ৰকৃতি ইত্যাদি সম্বন্ধে জনা প্ৰয়োজন আৰু এই বিলাক কথা আগতে বিতংভাৱে আলোচনা কৰা হৈছে। আদি গ্ৰন্থ বেদৰ পৰা আৰম্ভ কৰি সকলো শাস্ত্ৰতে বিবিধতাৰ মাজত বিৰাজমান এই একতাৰ কথাই কোৱা হৈছে । বৈদিক কালৰে পৰা আৰম্ভ কৰি বৰ্ত্তমালৈকে সকলো সময়ৰ সকলো ঋষি মুনি , পণ্ডিত , সাধকে বিভিন্ন উপায় অৱলম্বন কৰি বিবিধতাৰ অন্তৰালত থকা এই একতাৰ অনুসন্ধান কৰি আহিছে। হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাও বিবিধতাৰ মাজত থকা একতা অনুসন্ধানৰ ব্ৰত গ্ৰহণ কৰা এজন সাধক আছিল । ৩.১১.১৯ তাৰিখৰ পৰা লিখি অহা আমাৰ লিখনিসমুহত  হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই কৰা এই অনুসন্ধান কাৰ্যৰ বিষয়ে বিশদ ভাৱে বুজাৰ প্ৰচেষ্টা কৰা হৈছে । শিশু অৱস্থাৰ পৰাই গুৰুজনাই এই অনুসন্ধানৰ পথত অগ্ৰসৰ হৈছিল । অতি কম বয়সৰ পৰাই তেওঁ পিতৃৰ তত্বাৱধানত নিয়মিত ভাৱে আধ্যাত্মিক অনুশীলন আৰু যোগ সাধনা কৰিছিল । সোতৰ বছৰ বয়সত ছয় বেদাঙ্গ , ভগৱদ্গীতা আৰু অন্যান্য শাস্ত্ৰৰ পূৰ্ণ জ্ঞান লাভ কৰিছিল । পৰৱৰ্ত্তী পৰ্যায়ত ১৪৪২খৃঃৰ পৰা আৰম্ভ কৰি পাঁচ বছৰ কালৰ ভিতৰত তীৰ্থ ভ্ৰমণ , বেদ আৰু দৰ্শন শাস্ত্ৰৰ অধ্যয়ন সুখ্যাতিৰে সমাপ্ত কৰাৰ লগতে যোগ সাধনাৰ সিদ্ধি লাভ কৰিছিল । এই খিনিতে তেওঁৰ  বিবিধতাৰ মাজত থকা একতাৰ অনুসন্ধান সমাপ্ত হৈছিল অৰ্থাৎ সেই একতা কি তাক উপলব্ধি কৰিছিল নাইবা অন্য কথাত ক’বলৈ হ’লে তেওঁ ঈশ্বৰ দৰ্শন কৰিছিল বা জ্ঞান যোগৰ পথেৰে  আত্মজ্ঞান লাভ কৰিছিল । কিন্তু তেওঁ যি পথেৰে আত্মজ্ঞান লাভ কৰিছিল সেই পথ সৰ্বসাধাৰণ লোকৰ বাবে উপযোগী নোহোৱা হেতুকে নিজে পাৰমাৰ্থিক সাধনাৰ উচ্চতম লক্ষত উপনীত হোৱাৰ পিছতো তেওঁ সন্তুষ্ট হোৱা নাছিল । সেই কাৰণে ১৪৪৭ খৃঃৰ পৰা আৰম্ভ কৰি  পাঁচ বছৰ কাল  তেওঁ পুৰীৰ জগন্নাথ মন্দিৰত ভাগৱত শাস্ত্ৰৰ ভক্তিপূৰ্ণ আৰু গৱেষণামূলক অধ্যয়ন কাৰ্যত ব্ৰতী হৈছিল । ভাগৱতত তেওঁ একতাৰ অনুসন্ধান বা আত্মজ্ঞান লাভ বা ঈশ্বৰ দৰ্শন কৰাৰ বাবে সকলোতকৈ সহজ আৰু জনসাধৰণৰ বাবে সৰ্বতোভাৱে উপযোগী পথৰ সন্ধান পাইছিল।ইয়াতে হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই কৰি অহা বিবিধতাৰ অন্তৰালত থকা  একতাৰ অনুসন্ধান সফল আৰু সন্তোষজনক ভাৱে সমাপ্ত হৈছিল।আগতে কৈ অহা হৈছে যে হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই ষোল্ল বছৰ বয়সতে সাধৰণ অজ্ঞানী লোকক শিক্ষা দিয়াৰ প্ৰচেষ্টা কৰিছিল আৰু তাৰ কাৰণে ৰাজৰোষত পৰি নিজৰ প্ৰাণ বচাবৰ বাবে কামৰূপৰ পৰা পলাবলৈ বাধ্য হৈছিল ।সেই সময়ত গুৰুজনাই আত্মজ্ঞান লাভ কৰা নাছিল আৰু অজ্ঞানী জনসাধাৰণক শিক্ষা দিয়া বিষয়ৰ জ্ঞান আৰু অভিজ্ঞতাও তেওঁৰ নাছিল ।কিন্তু এইবাৰ আত্মজ্ঞানী পুৰুষ হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই যিকোনো পৰিবেশ পৰিস্থিতিৰ মুখামুখী হোৱাৰ সাহস আৰু সাধাৰণ জনতাক জ্ঞান দান কৰাৰ কৌশল আৰু অভিজ্ঞতা অৰ্জন কৰি কামৰূপলৈ ঘুৰি অহাৰ বাবে প্ৰস্তুত হৈছিল । (আগলৈ )
