The religious teachings of the Satra Institution of Guru Harideva are fully based on the teachings of Bhagavata. It is already told that the Bhagavata suggests nine ways for connecting one’s mind with God at the initial stage of spiritual practice   for gradually proceeding further in the path of devotion. Since none of the ways can lead to spiritual perfection unless accompanied with devotion those are called nine ways or paths of devotion. In the preceding posts we tried to give some preliminary ideas about the meaning of devotion or Bhakti. Moreover, it is natural that before proceeding in the path of devotion people should know who is God Almighty and how one’s mind can be practically connected to God Almighty with devotion and many other things like that. Bhagavata contains all those explanations and teaching common people the practical ways of application of that knowledge contained in Bhagavata is the prime aim of the Satra Institution of Guru Harideva. Bhagavata tells that Lord Krishna is the Param Brahma or God Almighty or the Ultimate Truth. He is the “Akhanda Sat” mentioned by Guru Harideva. He is the consciousness or soul in each and everything available in the creation. He is the cause behind everything of the creation. He is the super soul beyond the creation and also the soul of every individual soul embedded in each entity of the creation. After providing so many descriptions pertaining to Lord Krishna as above, Bhagavata finally tells that it is not all possible to express everything about him by words. It is also not possible for human mind to think everything about Lord Krishna. At the same time through various stories, analogies and explanations it is established in the Bhagavata that common people like us can know Lord Krishna, enter into the mystery behind the life and activities of Lord Krishna - the God Almighty or the Ultimate Truth  by surrendering to him with sincere devotion and rendering of selfless services with love and affection from the core of  heart. Guru Harideva established Satra Institution for imparting practical spiritual education to common people in accordance with such teachings of Bhagavata. (to be continued)

হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাৰ সত্ৰানুষ্ঠানৰ শিক্ষা ব্যৱস্থা মূলতঃ ভাগৱত শাস্ত্ৰই দিয়া জ্ঞান আৰু উপদেশৰ আধাৰত প্ৰতিষ্ঠিত। ভক্তি পথৰ সাধনাত অগ্ৰসৰ হোৱাৰ আৰম্ভণীতে  ভক্তিৰ পাত্ৰ অৰ্থাৎ ঈশ্বৰৰ সৈতে মনৰ সংযোগ সাধন কৰাৰ বাবে ভাগৱতে নটি উপায় বা পথ প্ৰদৰ্শন কৰিছে । যিহেতু ভক্তিৰ সৈতে সংযুক্ত নকৰিলে কোনোটো পথেৰেই পাৰমাৰ্থিক পূৰ্ণতা লাভ কৰা সম্ভৱ নহয় সেই কাৰণে ভগৱতত উল্লেখ কৰা নটি পথক নৱবিধ ভক্তি বা ন প্ৰকাৰৰ ভক্তিৰ পথ বুলি কোৱা হৈছে । ইয়াৰ আগৰ কেইটামান লিখনিত ভক্তিৰ অৰ্থ সম্পৰ্কে সাধাৰণ জ্ঞান লোৱাৰ চেষ্টা কৰা হৈছে । এতিয়া কথা হৈছে ভক্তিৰ পথত অগ্ৰসৰ হোৱাৰ আগতে সাধাৰণ মানুহে পৰমেশ্বৰ কোন , কিদৰে ভক্তি সহকাৰে মনক পৰমেশ্বৰৰ সৈতে সংযুক্ত কৰিব পাৰি ইত্যাদি অনেক কথা জনাৰ প্ৰয়োজন বোধ কৰাটো অতি স্বাভাৱিক।ভাগৱতত এনে প্ৰকাৰৰ সমস্ত বিষয় বিতংভাৱে ব্যাখ্যা কৰা হৈছে আৰু জনসাধাৰণক ভাগৱতৰ সেই জ্ঞান আৰু পৰামৰ্শ সমুহৰ ব্যৱহাৰিক প্ৰয়োগ সম্পৰ্কে শিক্ষা প্ৰদান কৰাই হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাৰ সত্ৰানুষ্ঠানৰ মুখ্য উদ্দেশ্য । ভাগৱতত কোৱা হৈছে যে ভগৱান কৃষ্ণই পৰমব্ৰহ্ম বা পৰমেশ্বৰ বা পৰম সত্য। কৃষ্ণই হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই উল্লেখ কৰা অখণ্ড সদ্বস্তু । তেৱেঁ জগতৰ সমস্ততে আত্মা বা চৈতন্যৰূপে অৱস্থান কৰি আছে । কৃষ্ণ জগতৰ সমস্তৰে মূল বা কাৰণ । এক কৃষ্ণই জগতৰ উৰ্দ্ধত পৰমাত্মা ৰূপেও সদাবিৰাজমান আৰু জগতৰ প্ৰত্যেক জীৱৰ অভ্যন্তৰত অন্তৰ্যামী বা আত্মাৰূপেও সদাবিৰাজমান।এনেদৰে অনেক কথা কোৱাৰ অন্তত ভাগৱতে পুনৰ কৈছে যে কৃষ্ণকথা মুখেৰে কৈ সম্পূৰ্ণ কৰিব নোৱাৰি অথবা মনেৰে  চিন্তা  কৰিও ইয়াৰ অন্ত পোৱা নাযায়। লগতে বিভিন্ন কাহিনী , উপমা ,উদাহৰণ ইত্যাদিৰ সহায়ত ভাগৱতত প্ৰতিপন্ন কৰা হৈছে যে গভীৰ আন্তৰিকতাৰে শৰণ গ্ৰহণ কৰি নিষ্ঠাপূৰ্ণ ভক্তি আৰু নিস্বাৰ্থ সেৱা নিবেদন  কৰিলে আমাৰ দৰে সাধাৰণ মানুহেও ভগৱান কৃষ্ণক অৰ্থাৎ পৰমাত্মাক জানিব পাৰে ,পৰমেশ্বৰ কৃষ্ণৰ জীৱন আৰু কাৰ্যাৱলীৰ অন্তৰ্নিহিত ৰহস্য বুজিব পাৰে। ভাগৱতৰ এই তত্বজ্ঞানৰ আধাৰত জনসাধাৰণক কৃষ্ণভক্তিৰ মাধ্যমত পাৰমাৰ্থিক সাধনা কৰাৰ বাবে ব্যৱহাৰিক শিক্ষা দিয়াৰ উদ্দেশ্যে হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই সত্ৰানুষ্ঠান স্থাপন কৰিছিল। (আগলৈ)
