Religious Teachings of the “Satra” Institution of Guru Harideva -70 (হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাৰ সত্ৰানুষ্ঠানৰ ধৰ্মীয় শিক্ষা-৭০)

 

In continuation of the preceding post it should further be mentioned that the religious teachings imparted by Guru Harideva through his Satra Institution are meant for common householders. Also, Guru Harideva kept the door of  his  Satra Institution open for all  people  and suggested his disciples to follow the same principle. From this it becomes clear that the aim of Guru Harideva was to bring people of lowermost category of the society also to the path of true devotion .But after going through the definition of real Bhakti given by him as mentioned in the preceding post we can easily understand that it is not possible for all human beings to understand the true meaning of Bhakti or devotion and practice the same accordingly. In practice it is seen that General householders perform sravana , kirtana, archana ,vandana etc as a part of their day to day works without going into the depth of the subject. Moreover , it is difficult to bring the actual facts to the level of understanding of all people directly and bring them to the path of true devotion though it is said to be the easiest path suitable for spiritual practice of common ignorant people. In this context Guru Harideva tells that when people become ill they consume medicine and get cured. In this case the patient need not know anything about the medicine. Simply he has to consume the medicine prescribed by a doctor. Then his disease is cured by the curing power inherent in the medicine. Based on such observation  Guru Harideva tells that the name, fame and description of glorious activities etc of God are like medicines with inherent purifying power. When one connects his mind with God by shravana ,kirtana or any other way out of the nine ways  suggested in Bhagavata this purifying power acts on his body mind complex. Then one’s whole body mind complex becomes gradually purified as like as cure of diseases by the inherent power of medicine. After complete purification of the body mind complex in that way one can realize the actual meaning of devotion or Bhakti and becomes  devotee of God in true sense. Analyzing the things in this way Guru Harideva encourages common ignorant people like us to connect their mind with God through any one or more of the ways mentioned above. He further  tells that God is very kind to all and once people sincerely approach God the rest of the things are taken care of by him .(to be continued)

ইয়াৰ আগৰ লিখনিটোৰ আঁত ধৰি উল্লেখ কৰা উচিত যে হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই সত্ৰানুষ্ঠানৰ জৰিয়তে দিয়া ধৰ্মীয় শিক্ষা প্ৰধানতঃ সাধাৰণ গৃহস্থ লোকৰ উপযোগী হিচাপে দিয়া হৈছিল। তাৰোপৰি গুৰুজনাই সত্ৰানুষ্ঠানৰ দুৱাৰ সমাজৰ সকলো শ্ৰেণীৰ লোকৰ বাবে খোলা ৰাখিছিল আৰু লগতে পৰবৰ্ত্তী ধৰ্মাচাৰ্য সকলকো একে নীতিত সত্ৰ চলোৱাৰ বাবে আদেশ দিছিল ।ইয়াৰ পৰা বুজা যায় যে হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই সকলো দিশৰ পৰা সমাজৰ একেবাৰে নিম্ন স্তৰত অৱস্থান কৰা ব্যক্তিকো শুদ্ধ ভক্তিৰ পথলৈ অনাৰ প্ৰচেষ্টা কৰিছিল। কিন্তু ইয়াৰ আগৰ লিখনিত উল্লেখ কৰা অনুসৰি গুৰুজনাই শুদ্ধ ভক্তিৰ যি সঙ্গা দিছে তাৰ পৰা সহজে বুজা যায় যে সকলো লোকে ভক্তিৰ প্ৰকৃত অৰ্থ বুজি লৈ সেইমতে ভক্তি আচৰণ কৰা সম্ভৱ নহয়।ব্যৱহাৰিক জীৱনত দেখা যায় যে সাধাৰণ গৃহস্থ ব্যক্তিয়ে বিষয়ৰ গভীৰতালৈ নোযোৱাকৈ অন্যান্য দৈনন্দিন কাম কৰাৰ দৰে শ্ৰৱণ , কীৰ্ত্তন , অৰ্চন, বন্দনাদিও কৰে। তদুপৰি সাধাৰণ লোকৰ পাৰমাৰ্থিক উন্নতিৰ বাবে ভক্তিৰ পথ সহজতম পথ যদিও ভক্তি সম্পৰ্কে প্ৰ্কৃত জ্ঞান শুদ্ধভাৱে বুজাই দি সকলো লোককে শুদ্ধ ভক্তিৰ পথলৈ লৈ অহাও সহজ কাম নহয় ।এই সম্পৰ্কত বিচাৰ কৰি হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই কৈছে যে বেমাৰ হ’লে মানুহে ঔষধ সেৱন কৰি আৰোগ্য লাভ কৰে । এই ক্ষেত্ৰত ৰোগীয়ে ঔষধৰ বিষয়ে একো জনাৰ প্ৰয়োজন নাথাকে ।ৰোগীয়ে কেৱল সিকিৎসকৰ বিধান অনুসৰি ঔষধ সেৱন কৰিলে ঔষধত অন্তৰ্নিহিত হৈ থকা আৰোগ্যশক্তিৰ প্ৰভাৱত ৰোগ নিৰাময় হয় । একেদৰে ভগৱানৰ নাম , গুণ আৰু মহিমাময় কাৰ্যাৱলীৰ বৰ্ণনা সমুহো ঔষধৰ দৰে। ঔষধত অন্তৰ্নিহিত আৰোগ্য শক্তিয়ে ৰোগ নিৰাময় কৰাৰ দৰে ভগৱতকথাত অন্তৰ্নিহিত হৈ থকা  শুদ্ধিকৰণ শক্তিয়ে অতিশয় দুৰ্জন ব্যক্তিৰো শৰীৰ, মন আৰু ইন্দ্ৰিয় বিশুদ্ধ কৰিব পাৰে। যেতিয়া ভাগৱতত উল্লেখ কৰা শ্ৰৱণ কীৰ্ত্তন আদি নটি উপায়ৰ এটা বা একাধিক উপায়ৰ দ্বাৰা ঈশ্বৰৰ সৈতে মনৰ সংযোগ সাধন কৰা হয় তেতিয়া ওপৰোক্ত শুদ্ধিকৰণ শক্তিয়ে মানুহৰ শৰীৰ মনত ক্ৰিয়া কৰে।তেতিয়া ঔষধ খালে ৰোগ আৰোগ্য হোৱাৰ দৰে মানুহৰ শৰীৰ মন ক্ৰমান্বয়ে বিশুদ্ধ হৈ আহে ।এনেদৰে শৰীৰ মন সম্পূৰ্ণ বিশুদ্ধ হোৱাৰ পিছত মানুহে ভক্তিৰ প্ৰকৃত অৰ্থ বুজিব পাৰে আৰু ভগৱানৰ প্ৰকৃত ভক্তত পৰিণত হয় ।কথাবিলাক এনেদৰে বিচাৰ কৰি হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই আমাৰ দৰে সাধাৰণ মানুহক ওপৰোক্ত নটি উপায়ৰ পৰা যিকোনো উপায় বাছি লৈ ঈশ্বৰৰ সৈতে মনৰ সংযোগ সাধন কৰাৰ পৰামৰ্শ দিছে । লগতে ইয়াকো কৈছে যে ঈশ্বৰ সকলোৰে প্ৰতি অত্যন্ত দয়াশীল। মানুহে সঁচা অন্তৰেৰে ঈশ্বৰৰ ওচৰ চপাৰ পিছত তাৰ পৰৱৰ্ত্তী পৰ্যায়ৰ সমস্ত দায়িত্ব ঈশ্বৰে নিজে গ্ৰহণ কৰে । (আগলৈ)
