Religious Teachings of the “Satra” Institution of Guru Harideva-140 (হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাৰ সত্ৰানুষ্ঠানৰ ধৰ্মীয় শিক্ষা-১৪০)

 

In Bhagavata it is told that the “Shabda Brahma”, that is,  the Vedas manifested as speech may be heard. But it is very difficult to understand the meaning of those sound vibration. It is told that the meaning of the Vedic sound vibration is  deep and wide as like as an ocean . So, these are not meant for common people . Sages like Vyasadeva , Narada and others  empowered by God Almighty can only understand the meaning contained in the Vedic sound vibration . Bhgavata also tells that “Omkara” is the seed form of the Vedas.  God Almighty resides in the heart of each and every living being and establishes this seed of the Vedas in the heart of all of them. That is, seed of all Vedic knowledge remains present  within every living entity . It is the duty of a human being to create situations  for germination and growth of that seed  . For this purpose attainment of knowledge contained in the Vedas is essential . Since common people  can not understand the meaning of Vedas it is not possible for them to acquire Vedic knowledge directly from the Vedas . We know that a small child of lower class can not attain higher knowledge from books used for higher classes . A child  is to be trained up gradually and continuously  from lower level to the higher level  of studies . Through  this process a small ignorant child becomes a great scholar after some years of continuous practices. The sages who were able to understand the meaning of the Vedic sound vibration used the same technique generations after generation to distribute the Vedic knowledge among the common people. Since time unknown, the sages  composed huge number of scriptures to suit the understanding capacity of the people of different times and locations based on their own Vedic  knowledge . In this process  the Vedic scriptures also take the shape of an ocean and they are still growing. (to be continued)

ভাগৱতত কোৱা হৈছে যে বাক্য বা ধ্বনি  হিচাপে উচ্চাৰিত হোৱা শব্দব্ৰহ্ম  অৰ্থাৎ বেদধ্বনি  কাণেৰে শুনিব পাৰি । কিন্তু শব্দৰ ৰূপত প্ৰকাশিত হোৱা বেদমন্ত্ৰ বা বেদধ্বনিৰ শুদ্ধ অৰ্থ বুজি পোৱাটো অত্যন্ত কঠিন । কোৱা হৈছে যে  বেদৰ প্ৰকৃত  অৰ্থ মহা সমুদ্ৰৰ দৰে বিশাল আৰু গভীৰ । সাধাৰণ মানুহে সেই অৰ্থ বুজি পোৱা সম্ভৱ নহয় ।  ব্যাসদেৱ ,নাৰদ আদিৰ দৰে  ঐশ্বৰিক শক্তিসম্পন্ন ঋষি-মুনি সকলেহে বেদধ্বনিৰ অন্তৰ্নিহিত অৰ্থ শুদ্ধভাৱে বুজিব পাৰে ।  ভাগৱতে কৈছে যে  “ওঙ্কাৰ” বেদৰ  বীজ । পৰমেশ্বৰে সকলোৰে হৃদয়ৰ অভ্যন্তৰত বাস কৰে আৰু প্ৰত্যেক জীৱৰ হৃদয়ত বেদৰ এই বীজ ৰোপণ কৰে । অৰ্থাৎ প্ৰত্যেক জীৱৰ হৃদয়ত বেদৰ সমস্ত জ্ঞান বীজৰূপে বা সুপ্ত অৱস্থাত বৰ্ত্তমান থাকে ।ভাগৱতত কোৱা হৈছে যে  মনুষ্য শৰীৰত জন্ম লোৱাৰ পিছত এই বেদবীজ জাগ্ৰত আৰু বৰ্দ্ধিত হোৱাৰ বাবে পৰিবেশ সৃষ্টি  কৰাটো  জীৱৰ পৰম কৰ্ত্তব্য । ইয়াৰ বাবে মানুহে বৈদিক জ্ঞান আহৰণ কৰাৰ প্ৰয়োজন হয় । আনহাতে বেদমন্ত্ৰৰ অৰ্থ বুজি নোপোৱা হেতুকে সাধাৰণ মানুহে বেদৰ পৰা পোনপটীয়াকৈ জ্ঞান আহৰণ কৰিব নোৱাৰে । আমি জানো যে নিম্ন শ্ৰেণীত পঢ়ি থকা এটি শিশুৱে উচ্চ শ্ৰেণীত  পঢ়োৱা পাঠ্যপুথি বুজি নাপায় । শিশুৰ শিক্ষা সহজ সৰল পাঠ্যপুথিৰে আৰম্ভ কৰা হয় আৰু ক্ৰমান্বয়ে উচ্চতৰ স্তৰৰ পাঠ পঢ়োৱা হয় । এই প্ৰক্ৰিয়াৰে অবিৰামভাৱে শিক্ষা গ্ৰহণ কৰি থাকিলে এটা সময়ত এটি অবোধ শিশু বিদ্বান পণ্ডিত ব্যক্তিত পৰিণত হয় । সাধাৰণ মানুহৰ মাজত বেদৰ জ্ঞান বিলোৱাৰ বাবে বেদজ্ঞানী ঋষি-মুনি সকলেও যুগ-যুগান্তৰ ধৰি  একে প্ৰক্ৰিয়া অৱলম্বন কৰিছিল  । বেদমন্ত্ৰৰ অৰ্থ বুজি পোৱা  বেদজ্ঞানী ঋষি-মুনি সকলে বেদৰ আধাৰত বিভিন্ন কালৰ বিভিন্ন স্থানৰ লোকে বুজিব পৰাকৈ বিভিন্ন প্ৰকাৰৰ বৈদিক শাস্ত্ৰ প্ৰণয়ন কৰিছিল । অজান অতীত কালৰে পৰা বৰ্ত্তমানলৈকে বিভিন্ন কালৰ বিভিন্ন স্থানৰ ঋষি-মুনি আৰু পণ্ডিত-আচাৰ্যকে ধৰি অনেক গুণী-জ্ঞানী ব্যক্তিয়ে  এই বৈদিক শাস্ত্ৰবিলাকক আধাৰ গ্ৰন্থ হিচাপে লৈ অসংখ্য সংখ্যক শাস্ত্ৰ, পুথি-পাঁজি-প্ৰৱন্ধ  ইত্যাদি প্ৰণয়ন কৰি বেদজ্ঞানৰ বিস্তাৰ কৰি আহিছে । এনেদৰে বৈদিক শাস্ত্ৰসমুহেও ইতিমধ্যে এক বিশাল মহাসমুদ্ৰৰ ৰূপ ধাৰণ কৰিছে আৰু প্ৰতি মুহুৰ্ত্ততে ক্ৰমান্বয়ে বিস্তাৰিত হৈয়ে আছে । (আগলৈ )
