Earlier it is told that the outward tendency of mind attracts human being towards things of outside world. Due to that most of the people try to acquire peace and happiness from gross worldly things situated in the outside world. Being misguided in this way people think that the God Almighty is available outside him as like as other material objects of the world. But in fact God is not situated outside human being. One can find God by searching inside himself only. On the other hand it is also said that God realization or liberation of soul is the prime aim of human life. Analyzing the things as above scriptures say that unless one control the outward  tendency of mind and direct this tendency in the inward direction it is not possible for him to know the soul or God and attain liberation from worldly life. Now, Scriptures say that from the point of view of soul, there is no difference between man and woman.  The soul inside the body of man and woman is one and same. But from the point of view of body there are vast differences between them. The way of physical expressions and  direction of flow of  energy  in male and female bodies are opposite . It is said that the male body is mainly dominated by “Purusha” and the female body is mainly dominated by“ Prakriti”. Also, inward tendency is natural for “ Purusha” and outward tendency is natural for “Prakriti” . Thus, movement and activities  of man in accordance with attraction of outward tendency of mind is not natural. So, it becomes necessary for  man to control outward tendency of mind and direct that in the inward direction. For this purpose scriptures suggest special purifying activities and spiritual practice for man. On the other hand the movement and activities of women in accordance with the attraction of outward tendency of mind is natural. Hence purifying activities and spiritual practices as like as man are not recommended for woman in the scriptures . আগত কৈ অহা হৈছে যে মনৰ বহিৰ্মুখী প্ৰবৃত্তিয়ে মানুহক বহিৰ্জগতৰ বস্তুৰ প্ৰতি আকৰ্ষিত কৰে। সেই আকৰ্ষণৰ দ্বাৰা আকৃষ্ট হৈ সৰহ সংখ্যক মানুহে বাহিৰৰ বৈষয়িক জগতৰ স্থুল বস্তুৰ পৰা সুখ-শান্তি আহৰণ কৰাৰ চেষ্টা কৰে। বাহিৰৰ জগতৰ তীব্ৰ আকৰ্ষণৰ প্ৰভাৱত অৱশ হৈ মানুহে ঈশ্বৰৰ স্থিতিও জগতৰ অন্যান্য বস্তুৰ লেখীয়াকৈ নিজৰ বাহিৰত বুলি ধৰি লয়। কিন্তু প্ৰকৃত সত্য হৈছে ঈশ্বৰ বা আত্মা নিজৰ বাহিৰত নাই ।নিজৰ ভিতৰত বিচাৰিলেহে ঈশ্বৰ পোৱা যায়। আনহাতে মানৱ জীৱনৰ প্ৰধান লক্ষ্যও হৈছে আত্মজ্ঞান লাভ বা ঈশ্বৰ উপলব্ধি বা সংসাৰ মুক্তি ।এই বিলাক কথা বিচাৰ কৰি শাস্ত্ৰত কোৱা হৈছে যে মনৰ বহিৰ্মুখী প্ৰবৃত্তি নিয়ন্ত্ৰণ কৰি তাক অন্তৰ্মুখী কৰিব নোৱাৰিলে মানৱ জীৱনৰ প্ৰধান লক্ষ্যত উপনীত হোৱা সম্ভৱ নহয়। এতিয়া কথা হৈছে আত্মাৰ দিশৰ পৰা পুৰুষ আৰু নাৰীৰ কোনো পাৰ্থক্য নাই ।যি আত্মা পুৰুষ শৰীৰত আছে সেই একে আত্মা নাৰীৰ শৰীৰতো আছে ।কিন্তু উভয়ৰে শাৰীৰিক প্ৰকাশ ভঙ্গী তথা শাৰীৰিক শক্তিৰ প্ৰৱাহৰ দিশ সম্পূৰ্ণ বিপৰীত। ইয়াৰ কাৰণ হৈছে পুৰুষ শৰীৰ পুৰুষ প্ৰধান আৰু নাৰী শৰীৰ প্ৰকৃতি প্ৰধান। আকৌ পুৰুষ স্বভাৱতঃ অন্তৰ্মুখী আৰু প্ৰকৃতি স্বভাৱতঃ বহিৰ্মুখী।এনেদৰে বিচাৰ কৰি চালে দেখা যায় যে   বহিৰ্মুখী প্ৰবৃত্তিৰ আকৰ্ষণ বশতঃ পুৰুষৰ মনৰ বহিৰ্মুখী গতি আৰু সেই অনুসৰি কৰা শাৰীৰিক কৰ্ম স্বাভাৱিক নহয়। সেয়েহে পুৰুষে মনৰ বহিৰ্মুখী গতি নিয়ন্ত্ৰণ কৰি তাক অন্তৰ্মুখী কৰাৰ প্ৰচেষ্টা কৰা কৰ্ত্তব্য ।সেই উদ্দেশ্যে শাস্ত্ৰত পুৰুষৰ বাবে কিছুমান বিশেষ পৱিত্ৰতা সাধনমূলক কৰ্ম আৰু পাৰমাৰ্থিক সাধনা কৰাৰ উপদেশ দিয়া হৈছে । আনহাতে বহিৰ্মুখী প্ৰবৃত্তিবশতঃ হোৱা নাৰীৰ মনৰ বহিৰ্মুখী গতি আৰু সেই অনুসৰি নাৰীয়ে কৰা শাৰীৰিক কৰ্ম স্বাভাৱিক ।সেয়েহে শাস্ত্ৰত নাৰীৰ বাবে পুৰুষৰ সমানে পৱিত্ৰতা সাধনমূলক বিশেষ কৰ্ম আৰু কঠোৰ পাৰমাৰ্থিক সাধনা কৰাৰ বিধান দিয়া নাই । ওপৰোক্ত প্ৰকাৰৰ শাস্ত্ৰীয় বিধি বিধান মানি হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই নিজৰ সত্ৰত মহিলাক পুৰুষৰ সমান সন্মান দিয়াৰ ব্যৱস্থা কৰিছিল। (আগলৈ)
