Religious Teachings of the “Satra” Institution of Guru Harideva-158 (হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাৰ সত্ৰানুষ্ঠানৰ ধৰ্মীয় শিক্ষা-১৫৮)

 

Based on his profound knowledge of the Vedas and other Vedic scriptures including Bhagavata Guru Harideva says that there is only one unique soul present inside and outside of all bodies in the creation. This soul acts  as driving and controlling force of  each and everything of the whole creation. This force cannot have any name and form . But general people like us cannot  conceive anything which does not have a name and form. This is because we can gain knowledge of things through sound, touch, smell , sight and taste only. It is not possible to know the soul by those instruments.  So, different Vedic sages describe this unique soul through different names and forms for brining the same to the reach of the senses of knowledge of the common people. Based on teachings of those scriptures people use to call this unique soul  by different names , see the same in different forms and  worship in different ways. In the Vedas and some of the Vedic scriptures this unique soul is referred as “Sat”.  There it is said that “Sat” is one and different people call him by different names and describe him through various different ways. But common people still find it difficult to contemplate this “Sat” without a particular name and form acceptable to their senses of knowledge . So different Vedic scriptures describe this “Sat” through different names and forms to make the things more clear to common people. In Bhagavata this “Sat” is named as Lord Krishna and  his  divine form is also described there. Various unthinkably glorious  activities    performed by Lord Krishna and his divine life style are also described there elaborately . It is also said that by listening  to those descriptions contained in Bhgavata and worshiping   Lord Krishna with ardent devotion through various ways suggested there, n common people also can attain self realization or spiritual perfection. Guru Harideva established his Satra institutions to propagate this type  religious teachings of Bhagavata for spiritual upliftment of common people through the path of offering of devotional services to Lord Krishna as suggested in Bhagavata . According to him a disciple should select a spiritual master or Guru who is thoroughly aware of  the  facts  as above pertaining to  Lord Krishna . ( to be continued)  

বেদ-বেদান্ত  আৰু ভাগৱতকে ধৰি অনেক বৈদিক শাস্ত্ৰৰ অগাধ জ্ঞান আহৰণ কৰাৰ অন্তত হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই কৈছে  যে সৃষ্টিৰ প্ৰত্যেক শৰীৰৰ ভিতৰে বাহিৰে এক আত্মা বিৰাজমান । এই এক আত্মা সমগ্ৰ সৃষ্টিৰ অন্তৰ্গত সমস্তৰে চালক আৰু নিয়ন্ত্ৰক  শক্তি। এই শক্তিৰ কোনো নাম আৰু ৰূপ থাকিব নোৱাৰে । কিন্তু আমাৰ দৰে সাধাৰণ অজ্ঞানী মানুহে নাম আৰু ৰূপ নথকা একো বস্তুৰে ধাৰণা কৰা সম্ভৱ নহয় । ইয়াৰ কাৰণ হৈছে  আমি দেখি ,শুনি , চুই চাই , শুঙি চাই অথবা চাকি চাইহে  কোনো বস্তুৰ বিষয়ে জানিব পাৰো । আত্মাক এনে ধৰণে জনা সম্ভৱ নহয় । সেই কাৰণে সাধাৰণ লোকৰ পাৰমাৰ্থিক উন্নতিৰ উদ্দেশ্যে বৈদিক ঋষি-মুনি সকলে বিভিন্ন শাস্ত্ৰৰ জৰিয়তে ওপৰোক্ত এক আত্মাক ভিন ভিন নাম আৰু ৰূপৰ সহায়ত বিভিন্ন প্ৰকাৰে বৰ্ণনা কৰিছে । শাস্ত্ৰসমূহত থকা এনে বৰ্ণনাৰ আধাৰত মানুহে  সেই এক আত্মাক বিভিন্ন নামেৰে মাতে , বিভিন্ন ৰূপত দেখে আৰু বিভিন্ন প্ৰকাৰে উপাসনা কৰে । বেদ আৰু অন্যান্য কিছুমান বৈদিক শাস্ত্ৰত এই এক অত্মাক “ সৎ” নামেৰে অভিহিত কৰা হৈছে । ইয়াত কোৱা হৈছে যে “সৎ” এক আৰু ইয়াকে বিভিন্ন মানুহে বিভিন্ন নামেৰে মাতে আৰু বিভিন্ন ধৰণে বৰ্ণনা কৰে । কিন্তু নিৰ্দিষ্ট নাম আৰু ৰূপৰ সহায়ত বৰ্ণনা কৰি চকু-কান আদি জ্ঞানেন্দ্ৰিয়ৰ দ্বাৰা অনুভৱ কৰিব পৰাকৈ বুজাই নিদিলে “সৎ” কি তাকো সাধাৰণ মানুহে বুজিব নোৱাৰে। সেই কাৰণে বিভিন্ন বৈদিক শাস্ত্ৰত “সৎ” কি তাক বিভিন্ন ধৰণে বুজাই দিয়াৰ প্ৰয়াস কৰা হৈছে ।ভাগৱত শাস্ত্ৰত  ভগৱান শ্ৰীকৃষ্ণক  ওপৰোক্ত  “সৎ” বা জগতৰ এক আত্মা বা পৰমাত্মা   বুলি কোৱা হৈছে । লগতে ভগৱান কৃষ্ণৰ নাম,ৰূপ,কৃষ্ণই নিজৰ অচিন্তনীয় শক্তি প্ৰকাশ কৰি কৰা ঐশ্বৰিক কাৰ্যাৱলী,  কৃষ্ণৰ  জীৱন যাপন প্ৰণালী ইত্যাদি বিস্তাৰিতভাৱে  বৰ্ণনা কৰি সাধাৰণ মানুহক “সৎ” বা জগতৰ একমাত্ৰ আত্মা সম্পৰ্কে  সহজ-সৰল ভাৱে বুজাই দিয়াৰ প্ৰয়াস কৰা হৈছে । কোৱা হৈছে যে ভাগৱতত বৰ্ণনা কৰা কথাসমূহৰ শ্ৰৱণ তথা শাস্ত্ৰৰ নিৰ্দেশ অনুসৰি ভক্তি সহকাৰে ভগৱান শ্ৰীকৃষ্ণৰ উপাসনা কৰিলে সাধাৰণ মানুহেও আত্মাক জানিব পাৰে অৰ্থাৎ আত্মজ্ঞান বা পাৰমাৰ্থিক পূৰ্ণতা লাভ কৰিব পাৰে। হৰিদেৱ গুৰুজনাই ভাগৱত শাস্ত্ৰৰ নিৰ্দেশ অনুসৰি কৃষ্ণভক্তিৰ জৰিয়তে “সৎ” বা সমগ্ৰ জগতৰ একমাত্ৰ আত্মা বা পৰমাত্মাৰ বিষয়ে অনুসন্ধান কৰাৰ ব্যৱহাৰিক কৌশল জনসাধাৰণক শিকাই দিয়াৰ উদ্দেশ্যে সত্ৰানুষ্ঠান স্থাপন কৰিছিল। এই বিষয়ত পৰামৰ্শ দি গুৰুজনাই কৈছে যে  কৃষ্ণতত্ব সম্পৰ্কে  ওপৰোক্ত প্ৰকাৰৰ বিতং জ্ঞান থকা ব্যক্তিক শিষ্যই  গুৰু হিচাপে গ্ৰহণ কৰা উচিত । (আগলৈ)
